Yes! You can start out using the basics of Sendcloud through our Essential plan, completely free of charge: you only pay our pre-negotiated shipping rate per shipment – like you would for any shipment, but cheaper. Want to try more features? All paid Sendcloud plans come with a free trial period.
Whether you’re a multi-national or a startup, we want Sendcloud to be available to anyone. Smaller stores can start for free with competitive discounted shipping rates using our free Essential plan. You only pay the rate per shipment.
Growing bigger? Sendcloud supports you through your entire lifecycle – adding more features and lowering the rates as your business grows. The highest plan has the best shipment rates, but if you use a paid plan, we also offer the service to connect your own carrier contracts and rates. This way you always have the best rates for your store.
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan every month – or after the contract period you’ve agreed upon with our Sales team.
When shipping via our discounted shipping rates you will get an invoice every two weeks for the shipping labels you created with Sendcloud. If you have a paid plan, you will receive an invoice once a month for the subscription.
All invoices are paid via direct debit. This means that before you start using Sendcloud, you need to do a €0,01 payment to verify your bank account. After this payment, all your invoices will be paid automatically via direct debit, 5 days after you receive an invoice.
All prices on our website and in your Sendcloud account are exclusive VAT, this is because we only offer services to businesses and not to consumers.
