Will the carrier pick up my parcel?

From 100 parcels/month it’s possible to arrange a pickup with some carriers. These pickups are not scheduled automatically when creating labels. You need to request a pickup via your SendCloud account. If you are shipping less than 100 parcels/month you need to drop parcels off at the service point of the carrier you want to ship with.

*Pickups are not available for French carriers.

Are prices VAT inclusive?

All prices on our website and in your SendCloud account are VAT exclusive, this is because we only offer services to businesses and not to consumers.

How does the invoicing work?

When shipping via our discounted shipping rates you will get an invoice every two weeks for the shipping labels you created with SendCloud. If you have a SendCloud subscription (Flex or Plus) you will receive an invoice once a month for this subscription.

All invoices are paid via direct debit. This means that before you start using SendCloud, you need to do a €0,01 payment to verify your bank account.  After this payment, all your invoices will be paid automatically via direct debit, 5 days after you receive an invoice.
