As a new carrier on many European markets (already established in the UK since 2016) targeting online retailers specifically, Amazon promises a premium service.

Limitations

• No international offer available: While the offer is now available in several European countries, namely France, the UK and Italy, the new Amazon carrier's services are limited to domestic shipments. However, Amazon plans to expand its offer soon. We'll be sure to update this article when that happens!

• Prohibited products: Like many carriers, Amazon Shipping prohibits the shipping of goods such as dangerous products, perishable items (including baskets containing perishable contents), as well as products restricted to those under 18, such as alcohol.

• Limited delivery options: besides parcel size varying depending on the offer selected, the carrier only offers express delivery methods. Online retailers looking to offer their customers a variety of methods will need to turn to other carriers.

The parcel delivery provider allows you to ship several parcel sizes, from small parcels of under 2kg up to large parcels of up to 15 kg domestically (110x60x60cm).
