The Sendcloud return portal has been created to provide clients with a flexible return experience, while the merchant remains in control of the entire process. Rethinking the return process

When it comes to reverse logistics, it’s all a matter of approach, you need to answer what exactly does your business need as you grow? Perhaps clear return policies or like in the case of  KLEIR a time-saving solution. The end goal for KLEIR was to make the return process as simple as possible to decrease the time spent on creating returns; by using the Sendcloud API they were able to do just that.  How did you use the Sendcloud API to streamline the process for returns?
