The Sendcloud return portal has been created to provide clients with a flexible returns experience, while the merchant remains in control of the entire process. Get inspired by KLEIR’s open-source solution The Label Generator built on the Sendcloud API. This is a custom implementation and not our standard returns processes. 

Rethinking the returns process

When it comes to reverse logistics, it’s all a matter of approach; you need to answer what exactly does your business need as you grow? Perhaps clear returns policies or, as in the case of  KLEIR, a time-saving solution. The end goal for KLEIR was to make the returns process as simple as possible to reduce the time spent on creating returns; by using the Sendcloud API they were able to do just that.  How did you use the Sendcloud API to streamline the returns process?
