How DreaminzZz improved its parcel shipping with Sendcloud
DreaminzZz was founded in 2015 to bring HYPNOS, the first connected hypnosis mask, to market. The brand targeted healthcare professionals first, then launched its online store and won shelf space at Nature & Découvertes, Boulanger and Amazon.
CHALLENGE
Handwritten labels and a growing order book
Before Sendcloud, the DreaminzZz team filled in labels by hand or through the Colissimo module, which took a lot of time. With the HYPNOS mask reaching close to 10,000 users and listings at Nature & Découvertes, Boulanger and Amazon, that approach could not keep up.
Customer service mattered just as much. The founders answer questions across a wide range of hours, weekends included, so anything that took time away from customers was a problem, and returns had to stay simple to handle.
SOLUTION
Labels in one click, customs forms already prepared
Orders placed on the online store sync to Sendcloud automatically. The team prints the label, sticks it on the parcel and drops it at La Poste, with every label printed in the right format. One person prepares a parcel in a minute and a half.
Sendcloud also handles the customs paperwork for international shipments: the forms are prepared already, so the team only has to print them and slip them into the parcel. For returns, DreaminzZz sends the customer a link to the portal, where they generate their own prepaid label.

With Sendcloud, no more handwritten labels
When a customer orders on the online store, the order is synced to Sendcloud automatically and the label is printed and dropped off at La Poste. One person prepares a parcel in a minute and a half, which means more customers get their order.
Sendcloud also simplifies customs formalities for international shipments: the customs forms are prepared already, so all that is left is to print them and slip them into the parcel. In busy periods, how easy the labels are to produce means every order gets fulfilled.
