Manual shipping processes, no track & trace and the customs formalities caused by Brexit created mounting challenges. International customers also hesitated to order from a Dutch webshop without reliable tracking. The result? A flood of "Where is my order?" questions and growing pressure on customer service.

A smart, automated shipping strategy that grows with your business
With Sendcloud, ByNouck developed a multi-carrier shipping strategy tailored to each country. The system automatically selects the best carrier based on location, speed and cost, such as Budbee for the Netherlands, Hermes for the United Kingdom, USPS for the United States and DHL for Germany. For smaller markets they use PostNL.
Thanks to smart shipping rules, the right label is printed automatically for every order, saving time and reducing errors. Customers receive real-time tracking emails, which significantly reduces the number of questions about their order status.
To solve the post-Brexit customs challenges, ByNouck ships all UK orders in one batch. Customs forms are completed in one go and parcels are delivered directly by logistics partner We Grow Webshops to the Hermes UK depots. This has cut delivery time to just two days.
