The Sendcloud return portal has been created to provide clients with a flexible return experience, while the merchant remains in control of the entire process. What’s more, we provide extensive API documentation that enables customization that will increase the speed and efficiency of your business processes. Get inspired by KLEIR ’s open-source solution The Label Generator built on the Sendcloud API. This is custom implementation and not our standard return processes. 

Rethinking the return process

When it comes to reverse logistics, it’s all a matter of approach, you need to answer what exactly does your business need as you grow? Perhaps clear return policies or like in the case of  KLEIR a time-saving solution. The end goal for KLEIR was to make the return process as simple as possible to decrease the time spent on creating returns; by using the Sendcloud API they were able to do just that.
