XXL Nutrition initially relied on PostNL and DHL plugins for Magento 2 to generate shipping labels. However, with each system update, new issues arose—causing warehouse disruptions, undelivered parcels, and rising “Where Is My Order?” calls from customers.

By integrating Sendcloud with their Magento 2 webshop and BizBloqs WMS through a flexible shipping API, XXL Nutrition gained access to over 100 carriers, without the hassle of managing individual integrations. Their transition to a headless environment further streamlined operations, allowing seamless API-driven communication across their systems.
With Sendcloud’s multi-collo shipping rules, XXL Nutrition automated label creation based on package weight, improving order accuracy. Additionally, direct injection via Sendcloud’s 4PL partner shortened cross-border transit times, enhancing delivery speed for international customers.
Beyond logistics, XXL Nutrition optimized the checkout experience. By introducing dynamic delivery options and same-day shipping in the Netherlands, they reduced cart abandonment and improved customer satisfaction.
