Black Racks began when Isaac met Victor in Seville. They started out doing fulfillment, working from a warehouse in Seville and offering very affordable shipping to stores just starting out. Today they run 6 stores, and thanks to Sendcloud they save time managing the logistics behind them.

They soon realized that processing shipments was taking up a lot of time. That's when they found the solution: Sendcloud. They left manual work behind and no longer needed their family to help prepare orders. As soon as they integrated, they went from making 20 labels in 8 hours to 120 labels in just a couple of hours.
SOLUTION
Several brands on a single platform
Thanks to shipping rules, they no longer have to assign carriers manually. Now, depending on the store and the order's characteristics, the shipping method is assigned automatically. This means they only need to print the picking lists and print the label with the scanner.
Each store has its own tracking email, personalized with its branding and corporate colors. This way, the customer is always informed about the status of their package. It also comes with the option to add a promotional banner with discounts and their Instagram feed. The advantage? They can drive sales without spending money on advertising.
