When you connect your Mirakl marketplace integration to Sendcloud, you centralise shipping, tracking, and returns across 300+ marketplaces and 170+ couriers. Here’s what the Mirakl shipping integration supports:
Order import: Instant via webhooks, with a scheduled fallback (every 5 minutes when active, or roughly every 90 minutes when inactive)
Historic sync: Unfulfilled orders from the last 30 days are imported on connection
Order updates: Changes to unprocessed orders sync automatically (orders with a created label can’t be altered)
Status updates back to Mirakl: Orders are updated (e.g., shipped/fulfilled) when a label is requested or after courier scan
SKU & item details: Item SKUs and parcel items are imported; configure whether to use product_sku or offer_sku
International shipping data: HS codes, country of origin, customs invoice number, and shipment type are imported, with defaults available
Multi-currency & price: Orders import in the original currency and include total order value (supports cash on delivery workflows)
Weight import: Parcel and/or item weights import automatically

How quickly are orders and statuses synced between Mirakl and Sendcloud?
Orders import instantly via webhooks. If webhooks aren’t available, Sendcloud uses a scheduler to import orders every 5 minutes while you’re active in Sendcloud, or about every 90 minutes when inactive. On first connection, unfulfilled orders from the past 30 days are pulled in automatically.
Edits you make in Mirakl will sync to unprocessed orders in Sendcloud. Once a shipping label is created, that shipment can’t be modified via sync. After you request a label (or the courier scans the parcel), the order status is updated back in Mirakl (e.g., shipped/fulfilled, depending on the marketplace).
Does this work across multiple Mirakl marketplaces (including Mirakl Connect)?
Yes. If you’re selling on one marketplace, connect the standard Mirakl integration. If you manage multiple marketplaces, you can also use Mirakl Connect to bring them together in Sendcloud. With Mirakl Connect, you can map couriers, choose how order numbers are handled, and optionally synchronise all channels.

Do labels generate automatically, or do I create them in Sendcloud?
Labels are not generated automatically when an order is created in Mirakl. To create labels, open your imported orders in Sendcloud under Shipping > Orders > Incoming order overview and click Create labels.
To speed things up, use shipping rules based on data imported from Mirakl (e.g., checkout method, destination, weight) so the right courier service and options are preselected when you create labels.
Will I need to change my couriers or marketplace setup?
No changes required. Sendcloud connects you to 170+ couriers, and you can keep your existing marketplace setup. In the Mirakl configuration, use Carrier mapping to match the couriers you use in Sendcloud with those in Mirakl, one by one.
You can also choose the order number field and enable an automatic order number cut (14 characters) to meet certain courier constraints. Flexible field mapping is available to align data between systems with minimal effort.
How are returns, refunds, and tracking handled with Mirakl?
Customers can create returns via the Sendcloud return portal. Return feedback is sent back to Mirakl automatically. If you enable Return synchronisation in the configuration, a refund is created in Mirakl when a return is created in Sendcloud, and you can set a default refund reason.
As parcels progress, track & trace updates flow back to Mirakl. For specific operators, you can also have orders marked as received in the marketplace once delivered or collected.
