DX on Sendcloud is a direct contract integration, which means your shipping costs are based on the rates you have negotiated directly with DX.

Are there any shipping restrictions or prohibited items when using DX?

Yes, DX has specific restrictions on parcel size, weight, and types of goods. DX Express handles parcels up to 25 kg and up to 150 cm in length.

For a full and up-to-date list of restrictions and prohibited items, check with your DX account manager before shipping.

What is the difference between using my own DX contract and Sendcloud's pre-negotiated rates?

DX on Sendcloud is available as a direct contract integration only. You will need your own DX Express contract to get started.

Once you have your account details, you can upload your contract to Sendcloud and start shipping in minutes.

Your rates and methods are based entirely on your agreement with DX.

Where does DX deliver when shipping with Sendcloud?

DX covers mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and Ireland.

All DX shipments are managed directly through your Sendcloud account alongside your other couriers.

Can I use DX for returns as well as outgoing shipments?

Yes. DX Express Secure Return is available through Sendcloud as a direct contract service.

As with outgoing shipments, you will need your own DX contract to use returns.

What is the difference between DX Express Secure Flex and DX Express Secure Business?

Secure Flex is DX's B2C service, designed for deliveries to consumers. It includes flexible options like Leave Safe and Signature.

Secure Business is DX's B2B service, designed for deliveries to business addresses, and always requires a mandatory signature.

Both are available through Sendcloud with your own DX contract.
